Adam joined Morgan McKinley’s Financial Services division as a researcher in London in 2007, before being fast tracked to consultant later that year. Over the following three years, Adam was consistently one of the top performing consultants in the Financial Services permanent division, specialising in experienced investment banking hires. This success led to his promotion to senior consultant in 2010. After gaining four years’ experience in London, Adam relocated to Morgan McKinley Hong Kong in August 2011 to lead a team of specialist consultants covering Investment Banking and Capital Markets. Adam has an MSc in Marketing & Finance and prior to working at Morgan McKinley, worked for a number of years as an account manager for advertising agencies, gaining industry experience across a range of sectors including automotive, retail and not-for-profit. In his spare time Adam enjoys travelling and has taken extended trips around Europe, India and Sub-Saharan Africa. His other interests include playing the guitar and a number of sports including golf, tennis, skiing and scuba diving.
