Ivan Lam

Ivan manages the IT team in Hong Kong, his team provides comprehensive recruitment services to dedicated clients in the banking and financial services sector. The team specialises in recruiting IT and project management professionals for roles including front-office developers, application support, infrastructure specialists business analysts and project managers within the banking and financial services sector. Ivan has a great deal of recruitment experience in this area and has an excellent overview of the local market. Before joining Morgan McKinley, he spent three years recruiting IT, project management and operations personnel for the life insurance and banking sector here in Hong Kong. Ivan has been able to establish a strong business network within the IT sector in Hong Kong and continues to receive a high number of referrals from satisfied candidates. He is a self-starter and has successfully made three placements within his first three months with Morgan McKinley. Ivan was born in Hong Kong and completed his studies in the UK where he graduated with a Bachelor of Logistics and International Trade from the University of Huddersfield. He speaks fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin and, in his spare time, enjoys playing tennis.
