Nick Lambe

As Managing Director of Hong Kong, Nick has overall responsibility for all aspects of the business across Hong Kong. He runs operational teams of consultants delivering recruitment solutions across a wide variety of clients. Prior to his role as a Managing Director, Nick was an experienced and highly successful recruiter in the risk and compliance sector. He also managed an experienced team of consultants and researchers specialising in risk and compliance, IT and operations, asset management and private banking as well as investment banking and capital markets. Nick left his native UK to join Morgan McKinley Hong Kong as a consultant in July 2007. He was tasked with setting up the risk management desk and as a result of his efforts and success in this field, the team quickly expanded to encompass a broad range of specialist areas. His team worked with a wide range of financial services organisations in investment and private banking, asset management, hedge funds/fund of funds, insurance, commercial and retail banking, and brokers/dealers. Prior to working at Morgan McKinley, Nick worked for a London based search firm placing tax professionals into various sectors such as banks, professional services firms and commercial organisations in the UK and Asia Pacific. Nick completed his degree in Pharmacology and Physiology at Southampton University in the UK in 2001. In his free time, he enjoys many outdoor activities, particularly hiking and cycling.
