Tara Robinson

As a senior consultant in our Insurance division, Tara’s remit is to further develop the division and continue to establish Morgan McKinley as leading specialists in this thriving market. Tara is a highly motivated and experienced recruiter having spent over 11 years working in the Sydney marketplace. She began her career with a boutique firm recruiting accounting and insurance professionals for the Sydney market before later taking on a role as a consultant running a contract desk. In 2004, Tara was given the opportunity to set up and run a branch office where she was involved in staff recruitment and training, performance management, account management, new business development as well as managing budgets and profit and loss, whilst overseeing a team of eight consultants. Tara is articulate and dedicated, with a strong service ethic and is a great asset to Morgan McKinley.
